People Like You // 'Verse' Album Stream
You may have heard the singles "Variations on an Aria" and "Thumbnail," but starting today you can stream the entirety of People Like You's new album "Verse." This acclaimed Boston five-piece blends instrumental jazz and emo in a beautiful way, sprinkling it with inspiration from the Kinsella projects American Football and Joan of Arc. Through the intricate melodies and thoughtful lyrics, "Verse" explores topics including personal growth and fitting in. Stereogum even claims it is "unsurprising that the music has both a calming and wistful affect on the listener." We hope you enjoy this album as much as we do. You can also hear the songs live at a show near you during People Like You's July tour.
