Weekend Sale / WWS Red Bull Contest / Talons LP's
It’s Thanksgiving here in the States and most people are filling themselves up with Turkey (or tofurkey) and finding the nearest couch to fall asleep on. It’s also a time where a 30 minute drive will take an hour and you get to remember why you love (and can’t stand) members of your family. But, it’s also a time when we’re supposed to remember what we are thankful for. SO! From the bottom of our hearts, to all of our friends and everyone who we still haven’t met, THANK YOU for such an awesome year.
As a way of saying thanks we have launched a sale on our webstore. Every order from now until the end of the day on Monday (this includes Black Friday and Cyber Monday, people!) you can save 25% on EVERYTHING in our webstore. Just use the code TSR25 when you go to check out. We are also trying to add a few new items to the store through out the weekend and have restocked a few others, so be sure to keep checking back. Click the image below to start shoppin’.
We are also very excited to announce the Grand Prize winner of the Grown Ups contest that we teamed up with Absolutepunk.net to do. Congratulations Aaron Schiffelbein, your prize pack of a More Songs Test Press, LP, CD, and Screen Printed Poster is in the mail and on it’s way to you.
We Were Skeletons were the winners of a recent Red Bull contest. This means that they are going to be opening for Thursday at their new year’s eve show on December 30th at the Starland Ballroom in New Jersey. Everyone be sure to say congrats to the band. Those dudes deserve it!
In some other news, we should be shipping out the Talons Pre Orders very soon. There was a slight set back in production at the pressing plant but we should have them in our hands shortly. There are still a few 3 LP packs left which includes one of each color LP. The black version will ONLY be available from the band, so if you don’t live in the UK or Europe you might want to snag that while we still have some.
We are going to have some news about new records coming soon. Be on the look out and follow us on Twitter!
Talk soon,
Seth and Kev
