This label started by supporting our friend’s music and we’re continuing that trend today in announcing that we’ll be releasing Lion Cub’s American Buffalo on July 5th of this year. We invite you to download the album’s first single Flora Fauna for free as well as stream a video for the song here. American Buffalo will feature 13 tracks and is Lion Cub’s follow up to their debut album Seneca.

Since their inception early last year, Lion Cub has created a sound reminiscent of bands like The Postal Service, Phoenix, Modest Mouse, and Superchunk which shows through brilliantly on American Buffalo. The band recorded American Buffalo themselves and kept a detailed recording journal throughout.
