Alfred // Cabbages Interview
The self-described hip-hop / darkgospel artist Alfred. was featured in this most recent installment of the Cabbages newsletter, where they chatted about collaboration, processing taking place over A-sides & B-sides, and being young & prolific.
In 2020 we've seen three new Alfred. releases including the One Trick Pony EP that we released with them in March (available on cassette). Since the release of OTP, listeners have been treated to a follow up in April's B-sides "Adventure Mode" EP, and July's Leviathan (Book One) demos tape. Catching up with 'Fred recently we've seen them shift into other creative practices, including expanding their visual art into a few new styles of painting.
