The artistic moniker for Mainer and current Minneapolis resident Jess Abbott, Tancred serves as a creative outlet for her own songs outside the bounds of her roll as one third of the critically acclaimed trio Now, Now. Self-recorded with the help of fellow Now, Now band member Brad Hale, Tancred is Abbots' second full-length release, following up on 2011's Capes.
